Bell has an exciting opportunity for a FRA Surveyor to join our thriving Fire London Branch. This is a full-time, permanent role
Responsibilities
- Competently carry out pre surveys of fire doors
- Competently carry out compartmentation surveys and identify non-conformance/issues.
- Provide solutions to rectify any non -conformance / FRA issues.
- Post and Pre work inspections including compliance checks.
- Produce survey reports and offer technical advice and recommendations.
- Oversee and support the delivery of FRA works.
Experience
- Passive Fire Protection Surveying Experience
- Experience in surveying applications such as Site Audit Pro and PlanRadar.
- Experience working in a social housing environment
- Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and Legislation including approved document B
Qualifications
- IFE Fire Door Inspections - Level 3 preferred
- NVQ / ASFP level 2 in passive fire protection (Preferred)
- Have third party accreditation such as Firas / BM Trada / IFC (Preferred)
