FLOORING CONTRACT MANAGER
DIRECT FLOOR SYSTEMS LTD is a well established commercial flooring company with over 25 years of experience. We offer a comprehensive range of flooring services, including the supply and installation of carpet, vinyl, safety flooring, LVT and entrance matting – all tailored for commercial environments.
Due to continued growth and imminent contracts, we are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in commercial flooring.
The Ideal candidate will:
· Be a confident and experienced flooring Contracts Manager who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Have extensive knowledge of both soft and hard commercial flooring installations.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage projects from tender stage through to completion.
· Ensure successful planning, coordination, and delivery of materials across all sites.
· Manage Installation teams on site.
Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
· Proposing suitable specifications and alternative value engineering flooring specifications.
· Issuing quotations and liaising with the client.
· Knowledge of soft flooring/hard flooring products and specifications.
· IT literate.
· Estimating.
· Must be able to manage multiple Projects/Contracts in a fast paced environment.
· Full UK Driving licence.
· Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and suitability.
