About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Resin Floor Layer / Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for applying high-performance resin flooring systems, leading installation teams on-site, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and has hands-on experience with industrial resin flooring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and lead a small installation team
- Carry out installation of resin flooring systems including:
- Epoxy coatings
- PU screeds
- Flowable resin systems
- Concrete repairs and surface preparation
- Ensure all works are delivered to specification, safely and on schedule
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and contractors
- Ensure correct use of tools, equipment, PPE, and health & safety processes
- Complete site documentation, reporting, and quality checks
- Train and mentor junior installers when required
Requirements Essential
- Proven experience installing industrial resin flooring systems
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, mixing, and application methods
- Ability to supervise teams and manage sites independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to sites and work occasional overtime
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
- Experience as a Site Supervisor or Lead Installer
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Experience working in industrial/commercial environments
- Additional trade skills (concrete repair, jointing, coatings, etc.)
