We are currently seeking experienced Multiskilled Operatives to join our team on a long-term void property contract based in the North West Leicester area. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking for consistent work on well-structured void contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen and bathroom replacements in void properties
- General void works, including:
- Door replacements
- Skirting and architrave fitting
- Flooring
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Decorating and finishing work
- Liaising with supervisors and other trades (e.g., electricians, flooring specialists) to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in plumbing and carpentry
- Must hold a valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
- Own tools and transport
- Good communication and time management skills
- CIS Registered
